Rodney Washington serves as an
Officer, lead superintendent, and commercial estimator. Rodney
has over 15 years of experience in the painting trade. Most
recently, Rodney estimated & was awarded the Richmond Senior
Housing Project, a 66 unit (interior/exterior) new housing
project with Portrait Homes in the City of Richmond. Rodney has
also recently had oversight on the successful completion of the
Lytton Rancheria Casino San Pablo, the Ashby/Claremont Chevron
Station remodel and the remodel of the Self Sufficiency Center
on Enterprise Way in Oakland, this was a LEED project requiring
the use of environmentally friendly, 0 VOC coatings.
Prior to coming to Image
Painting, Rodney was involved in the successful completion of
the Federal Express Sorting Facility on 85th Ave. & Edes Ave. in
Oakland, the Dalziel Building in the Frank H. Ogawa Plaza in
Downtown as well as numerous other commercial & residential
projects throughout the bay area. |
